COVID-19 Disclaimer:

Queen Skinwear is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our employees and customers and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. We do require mandatory facial coverings and we use enhanced cleaning methods to our products and our workspace.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders $100 or more for all domestic orders.


International Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders $150 or more for all international orders.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two days. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.


GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm CST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm CST are shipped the following business day. 


EXPRESS ORDERS: Over-night express and 2-day shipping orders are shipped out on the same day if received by 2pm CST. Orders received after 2pm CST will be shipped out the following business day.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.


Queen Skinwear products are silicone and unlikely to be damaged. However, in the rare case that something is damaged in transport we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
